It’s difficult to overstate the importance of leadership in organizations. In the current economic climate, being able to lead an organization through change and uncertainty is critical to organizations’ success. CEE Region experienced extremely rapid growth but the Region is having difficulty in attaining similar growth levels again without having talented leaders to drive the change. For that reasons is the right time to see whether emerging leaders are ready to do it. We are going to present and discuss the findings of the Emerging Leaders survey conducted in Poland and CEE Region and compare it to Western Europe Emerging Leaders’ profile to see what are Polish Emerging Leaders look like and how they differ from their colleagues in Western Europe.

About Speakers

Marta
Marta Nadolińska

Marta has been a Country Manager for Poland since 2013. She is responsible for overall management of the Company in Poland, including operations and team management as well as business development and building and maintaining a long – term relationships with customers.

Marta presents 14 years of experience in the HR consulting industry, successfully combining Talent Acquisition (Recruitment – 14 years of experience) with Talent and Leadership Management areas (8 years of experience). In the period between 2011 and 2013 she managed an international HR consulting company, building Talent and Leadership business unit from scratch. Marta is the 2007 Chairman Award Winner reconfirming her continuous performance, values, and highest professional standards.

Alexandra Kazimierski

Alexandra is responsible for business development and delivery of placement projects regarding high- and top level of managerial staff for finance, sales, marketing and operational positions. Alexandra’s main responsibilities include strategic HR management consulting for international organizations. She has a lot of experience in the area of executive project management specializing in cooperation with Scandinavian companies.

Alexandra is also an active member of Swedish Business Club and Scandinavian- Polish Chamber of Commerce, where she acts as a Board Member of both of the mentioned associations. Alexandra holds a Law Degree diploma from Goteborg University, Sweden and Nicolaus Copernicus University. She also completed insurance studies and holds an MBA diploma from Oxford Brookes University.
